M-F 8am-5pm (occasional weekends)
Join Washingtons leading belt fabricator and distributor as a Belt Technician and play a key role in fabricating and installing conveyor belts and related products. This position involves hands‑on work both in‑house and at customer sites. If you have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!
What You’ll DoFabricate, install, and repair conveyor belts and components.
Install and vulcanize lightweight conveyor belting.
Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies; maintain stock area and fulfill sales orders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Pick up and deliver orders, stock, and supplies.
Ensure safety for yourself and others while operating tools and equipment.
Detect and report defective equipment, materials, or unusual conditions.
Follow all prescribed safety rules and regulations.
Represent Belt Power professionally at all times.
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong mechanical background and aptitude.
Ability to interpret and verify precise measurements using a tape measure.
Basic math and computer skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Adaptability to changing situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
