Regional Homecare Coach – Korean Women’s Association
Join Korean Women’s Association as a Regional Homecare Coach in Lakewood, WA 98499, and play a pivotal role in improving the quality of in‑home care services. As an onsite leader, you will oversee WAC compliance, operational efficiency, and a culture of cross‑department collaboration.
Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate In‑Home Care (IHC) supervisors and Employment Coordinators to drive caseload growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct monthly one‑on‑ones and weekly performance reviews using standardized tools to align with agency protocols across all regional offices.
- Achieve a 10% annual caseload expansion target and monitor key performance indicators such as overserved hours, client satisfaction, and staffing timelines via Well Sky and Power BI.
- Maintain compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and AAA monitoring, performing random audits and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Manage staffing plans, collaborate internally, and represent KWA at external meetings to build community partnerships and support growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in health services, social services, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in home‑care, long‑term care, or human services.
- Deep knowledge of Washington State long‑term care regulations and compliance standards, including WAC and AAA.
- Proficiency in data‑management software, particularly Well Sky and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate cross‑department collaboration.
- Pay: $32‑$34 per hour.
