• Be 18+ years old.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
• Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.

• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent.
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
