To Succeed, You Will Need- Be 18+ years old.
- Have reliable personal transportation.
- Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
- Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.
- Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
- A high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent.
- A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
