We are hiring a Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established and growing dental practice serving the Tacoma–Lakewood, WA area,
Part-Time or Full-Time

- Tuesday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Typically 6:30 AM – 3:15 PM)
- 4-day workweek – Part-Time considered
- No weekends
- $68–$70 per hour (based on experience)

Note:
Not all benefits apply to part-time staff
- Provide comprehensive patient education on oral hygiene and disease prevention
- Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
- Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP)
- Utilize advanced dental technology, including iTero scanning
- Administer local anesthesia in accordance with WA State licensure
- Assist with composite restorations under dentist supervision
- Maintain clinical excellence and accurate documentation
- Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current certifications in:
- Radiographs
- Dental anesthesia
- Experience with composite restorations preferred
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education
- Reliable, ethical, and detail-oriented
- A positive team player who supports practice growth
- Coachable and committed to ongoing professional development
- Strong time management skills
