The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by providing administrative and entry-level project or engineering support to the Major Projects Group. This position is typically based on-site and helps manage documentation, procurement, financial tracking, and team coordination to ensure smooth project operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesUpload, organize, and maintain project documents in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
Coordinate bid requests from clients and vendors.
Assist with the preparation and submission of permit applications for project‑related work.
Support data entry and updates in the project financial system.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with field supervisors, project managers, and other team members to keep work moving forward.
Manage office supplies, equipment needs, and material inventory.
Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance. Contribute to a safe, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
