General Maintenance Technician
The general maintenance technician performs routine and preventative maintenance on the building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This job requires hands‑on skills across multiple trades, good problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Must be skilled in basic handyman tasks such as painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, and minor electrical work. Ability to perform tasks in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Travel as required.
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly
