The Role

-Tech Solutions, a trusted Managed Service Provider (MSP) for over 20 years, is looking for an Executive Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience in the tech industry, ideally within an MSP environment, who thrives on connecting with clients and delivering exceptional service.
- Own the Client Relationship:
Serve as the primary liaison for one of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Build Trust:
Maintain strong, long‑term relationships through proactive communication and regular touchpoints. - Strategic Influence:
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support) to align services with client goals and SLAs. - Drive Growth:
Develop and implement account strategies, negotiate service enhancements, and make recommendations that impact client success and company revenue. - Represent
-Tech:
Act as the face of the company in all client interactions—professional, positive, and solution‑oriented. - Manage Lifecycle:
Oversee client needs from onboarding to contract upgrades and optional enhancements.

- Base Salary $60,000–$80,000 + Commission Structure (Based on experience)
- This is a Full‑Time, Exempt position requiring flexibility to meet client needs. Employees are expected to manage their time and schedule to meet the demands of the role, often exceeding 40 hours per week.
- A background in account management, consultative sales, or roles involving client‑facing responsibilities is a must.
- Experience:
1–3 years in a technology‑related role; MSP experience strongly preferred. - Technical Understanding:
Comfortable discussing IT solutions (Microsoft 365, networking, servers) with clients. - Relationship Builder:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with executives and decision‑makers. - Proactive & Organized:
Skilled at managing priorities and driving results. - Passion for Tech:
Eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
