As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our state-of-the-art facility runs smoothly, producing high-quality products that make a difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do- Set up and maintain packaging equipment, including packaging lines, fillers, pumps, tanks, and mills.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to ensure peak efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Assist with equipment calibrations and fabrications as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Basic electrical knowledge and welding/fabrication experience are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
- Hourly Pay: $18.45/hr - $35.00/hr
- Shift Differential: $0.75/hr - $2.00/hr, depending on shift and location
