Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our corporate team. This role manages weekly payroll, employee benefits, and related compliance tasks for both Sunshine Learning Center and Mind Above Matter. You’ll ensure employees are paid accurately, benefits are properly administered, and records are always up to date.
Responsibilities- Process payroll, timecard updates, and employee changes.
- Handle bonuses, raises, and deductions.
- Administer health, life, and 401(k) benefits.
- Manage unemployment, disability, and workers compensation paperwork.
- Prepare reports, respond to audits, and maintain compliance.
- 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
