Salary: 150K depending on experience

• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for the administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function with a focus on labor relations in a healthcare setting.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Reduce agency staffing across the company.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR technology systems and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and manage the HR department budget.

• Preferred:
  Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its HR challenges, and related regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing models, credentialing, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
