- Revenue Cycle & Billing
- Operations:
Lead daily billing, payment processing, and clearinghouse management. - AR Strategy:
Analyze AR trends, troubleshoot errors, and refine billing policies. - Patient
Experience:
Optimize billing and collections for clarity and efficiency.
- Compliance & Credentialing
- Documentation:
Maintain digital, paperless credentialing and compliance files. - Regulatory:
Manage re-credentialing and compliance for 200+ insurance contracts.
- Data & Technology
- Reporting:
Analyze system data to prepare commission and performance reports. - Innovation:
Identify bottlenecks and implement tech-driven software solutions.
- Team Management
- Oversight:
Manage productivity and quality for local and offshore (DR) teams. - Mentorship:
Coach outsourced teams to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments. - Support:
Assist sales operations as required.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Salary:
Competitive base salary - $60K-$70K based on experience - Insurance:

- Experience:
3+ years in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or compliance. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of AR, reimbursement systems, and healthcare regulatory requirements. - Tech Stack:
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools; highly comfortable learning, implementing, and optimizing new software systems. - Leadership:
Experience managing remote or offshore teams is preferred.
