Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem/Private Duty (Ocean Co) role at Alvita Care.

We provide in-home personal care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative & Hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management, and have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. Alvita Care clients are private-pay and we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. It is our mission to ensure our clients are happy, safe, well cared for, and above all treated with dignity and respect.

• Provide RN-level in-home care to clients per the assignment and plan of care.
• Explain physician's instructions to patients and families; address questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and other required systems; ensure computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless private-pay services; ensure patient safety and dignity.

• NJ RN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of One (1) year of demonstrated experience as an RN.
• Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR.
• Ability to put patients at ease and explain physician's instructions.
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Team player and ability to work independently.
