• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report any health status changes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe resident environments.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate clearly with nurses, residents, and facility staff.

• Active CNA certification in the state of assignment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professionalism.

Pay Range: $19–$26 per hour. Rates may vary by location, shift type, and experience level.

Compensation Structure: 1099 contractor, paid bi-weekly (every other week), unless a specific state regulation requires a different pay frequency.
