The Process Engineering Intern will work with the process engineers on day-to-day line support activities. Special projects will be assigned, and a structured onboarding plan will be followed.
Primary Duties And Structured Learning For This Position- Assist the Engineering team on the onboarding and implementation of new equipment
- Audit and analyze different processes to identify areas of continuous improvement opportunities
- Aid in the execution of Engineering projects for product onboarding
- Create and update documentation that governs the processes for the company
- Support the Process Engineering team in real time with equipment troubleshooting events
- Acquire spare parts based on criticality and use to support equipment reliability
- Create Engineering drawings in AutoCAD to be sent to external vendors for fabrication
