This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orange CA. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business. Responsibilities include managing contracts, addressing client concerns, coordinating with operations teams for timely service delivery, and developing strategies to meet sales and retention goals. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the company s high standards of service are met.

• Client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• Experience in sales, account management, or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Knowledge of waste management, disposal, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
