This role is designed for a finance leader who enjoys building scalable systems, improving margins, and partnering with operations in addition to timely closing the books. The Controller will play a central role in consolidating accounting functions, upgrading systems, improving job level profitability visibility, and driving cost and efficiency improvements.

- Own timely and accurate monthly close across multiple entities
- Consolidate financial reporting and standardize chart of accounts
- Improve forecasting, cash flow visibility, and financial discipline
- Implement job-level, customer-level, and division-level profitability reporting
- Identify margin leakage related to labor, overtime, waste, pricing, and overhead
- Partner with operations to improve efficiency and decision making
- Lead ERP, accounting system, and process improvement initiatives
- Drive automation daily accounting tasks and reporting
- Centralize and streamline accounting functions across companies
- Mentor and lead accounting staff
- 10+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, distribution, logistics, or job-cost environments preferred
- Multi-entity accounting experience required
- Proven ERP or system implementation experience
- Strong job costing, inventory, and operational finance background
