Base Compensation Range: $17.79/ hour – $22.24/ hour
This position is eligible for an annual 10% bonus opportunity in addition to the base salary.

This position supports Mesa's Calibration Solutions business. Our Calibration Solutions portfolio uses the principles of advanced metrology to enable customers to measure and calibrate critical parameters in applications such as Environmental and Process Monitoring, Dialysis, Gas Flow, Air Quality, and Torque Testing.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the activities to ensure proper physical and systematic control and accuracy of inventory into, within, and out of the Mesa operations at both a component and finished goods level. This position is responsible for accurate inventory control, fulfilling of work orders and transfer orders and general warehouse material movement.
Duties/Responsibilities Work Order Fulfilling- Prepare, package, and deliver work orders as requested by Manufacturing leadership
- Fulfill shortages from work orders as material arrives via PO receipt process.
- Load trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
- Verify accuracy of orders, quantities, and lot/serial information.
- Perform the below duties as a back-up/cross-trained resource
- Receive inbound materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, and quality requirements; elevate issues as needed.
- Enter receipts and inventory movements into ERP systems with high accuracy.
- Route received items to appropriate departments or storage locations.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse, staging areas, and storage locations.
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, scanners, and other equipment.
- Track and report inventory variances and support root‑cause investigation.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation in compliance with company policies and ISO/quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling (if applicable).
- Support training and onboarding of new warehouse operators.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with international shipments (commercial invoices, export documentation, customs requirements).
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001 or similar).
- 1-6 years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse role in a manufacturing environment.
