A leading facilities management provider is looking for an HVAC Tech to deliver timely maintenance services for commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting HVAC inspections, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of HVAC experience, possess relevant licenses such as the EPA Universal Refrigeration License, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Daily local travel between properties is required. Competitive hourly wage between $30-35 is offered.
