🚨 Must have both weekday and weekend availability and be flexible to pick up additional shifts as needed. 🚨
What You’ll Do- Confidently sell memberships in a commission‑based environment
- Connect with leads using our CRM through high‑energy outreach
- Educate guests on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy and memberships
- Schedule reservations and book follow‑up appointments
- Provide welcoming studio tours for new guests
- Maintain a clean, organized studio (sauna room turnover, towels, etc.)
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for wellness
- Strong sales confidence and motivation to exceed goals
- Reliable team player with excellent attendance
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends
