Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T1500) e involves delivering guest-ready experiences, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising while assisting guests in-store and in the fitting room.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.00 USD per hour

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, engage to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Open to a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

• Interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate via multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and with a team, and quick guest issue resolution.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and multitask within time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; mobility required for scheduled shifts.
