Overview

Do you have EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL LOSS PREVENTION and want to work for a company that still believes in apprehending and prosecuting criminals?

The Loss Prevention Department for Hobby Lobby is currently seeking a full time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to help protect our stores.

• Provide undercover, plain clothes surveillance on the sales floor to identify and apprehend shoplifters and deter shoplifting.
• Complete Incident Reports
• Review Camera Footage
• Apprehending shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
• Relationship Building Skills with Store Management and Local Law Enforcement
• Work Independently and as Part of a Team

• At Least One (1) Year Previous Undercover, Floor Walking Loss Prevention Experience is Required
• Must have previous undercover, floor walking Loss Prevention experience
• Ability to Travel to Multiple Stores in the Area
• Strong Communication Skills
• Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Background Check
• Ability to Spend up to 100% of Working Hours Standing/Walking

• Starting wage range: $24.00 to $25.00 / hour. This starting wage range is posted pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and applies exclusively to the position of Loss Prevention Agent at Hobby Lobby stores in the state of Colorado.
