POSITION

SUMMARY

As a Leasing Consultant at PMI Aspire, you will be the face of a 54-unit Aurora, CO apartment community, delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will shine as you conduct property tours, highlight amenities, and build relationships with residents. You will assist with maintaining accurate resident files and property records, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

Additionally, you will perform daily office duties, including answering phones, filing, and updating records. Your role will also include conducting property and unit inspections to ensure readiness for tours and move-ins while reporting maintenance issues and assisting in their timely resolution. To support the community’s overall appeal, you will help maintain office and common areas, pick up litter, and contribute to cleanliness efforts.

Addressing resident concerns and inquiries promptly, you will escalate issues as needed to the Property Manager while also assisting with resident communications such as notices, newsletters, and surveys. You will play a key role in achieving leasing and retention goals, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. With your persuasive nature and commitment to excellence, you will help create a welcoming community and drive the success of our property.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Represent the community and PMI professionally, delivering outstanding customer service to all prospective and current residents.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet leasing and resident retention goals.
  • Greet prospective residents and provide property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and benefits to meet individual needs.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective residents via email, phone, or other approved channels.
  • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions, trends, and competitor properties. Share insights with the team to support marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and update leasing and marketing materials as needed.
  • Process applications, verify applicant information, and notify applicants of approval or denial status.
  • Prepare lease agreements and related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications (e.g., National Apartment Leasing Professional) preferred.
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in general office productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office or equivalent) and property management software (e.g., Rentvine, Appfolio or similar platforms).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods during the workday.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Full-time or part-time position requiring flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
  • Work is performed in an office setting and outdoors during property tours or inspections.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and use appropriate equipment.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00
