Position: QMAP/Caregiver  ~ AL and MC ~ FT and PT ~ Lakewood
Morning Star Senior Living - Up to $22.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Administer and document all routinely prescribed medications per physician orders under the Wellness Director;
Order medications from the pharmacy to ensure residents always have medications available;
Document medications given in the resident's medical record and record vitals as required;
Observe and report adverse reactions and side effects; administer PRN medications per physician order;
Maintain the medication cart: clean, stocked, and locked; assist with care plan development and respect resident privacy
