Amazing Care Home Health Services provided pay range

This range is provided by Amazing Care Home Health Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range $47,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing services. You will work with one patient per shift instead of traveling to multiple patients per shift.
Shift lengths vary, so whether you prefer short shifts or longer 12‑hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

We provide on‑the‑job training for each patient you will be working with, so you can feel confident and prepared to go into their home.

Pay

  • $23.00 - $26.00 an hour

Sign‑on Bonus

  • Full‑Time – $2,000.00, paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days.
  • Part‑Time – $1,000.00, paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days.

Schedule

  • Part‑Time/Full‑Time
    • Case #1 – G‑tube, BiPAP, Total Cares pediatric male – Mon Days, M‑F Nights
    • Case #2 – Trach/Vent, G‑tube, 02 Pediatric Female – Wed Days, PRN

Role Overview We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Lakewood.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web‑based electronic medical records system.

Requirements

  • Active LPN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
