You’ll own all production and service operations, lead crews and subcontractors, control job performance, and have a direct voice in long term operational strategy while working closely with and reporting straight to the Branch Manager.
What You’ll Do- Lead all production and service operations for the branch
- Control job costs, productivity, schedules, and gross profit performance
- Manage crews and subcontractors, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards
- Partner with branch leadership to support growth and operational excellence
- Ongoing training, development, and internal promotion opportunities

- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (low and high slope)
- Strong knowledge of systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, metal, foam, shingle, or tile
- Proven ability to manage crews, costs, and multiple jobs under pressure
- OSHA 30 certification and a strong safety-first mindset
- Leadership presence, accountability, and pride in delivering quality work
