Superintendent – Commercial Roofing

Lakewood, WA — $75K–$90K Base + Bonus + Full Benefits

You’ll own all production and service operations, lead crews and subcontractors, control job performance, and have a direct voice in long term operational strategy while working closely with and reporting straight to the Branch Manager.

• Lead all production and service operations for the branch
• Control job costs, productivity, schedules, and gross profit performance
• Manage crews and subcontractors, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards
• Partner with branch leadership to support growth and operational excellence

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (low and high slope)
• Strong knowledge of systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, metal, foam, shingle, or tile
• Proven ability to manage crews, costs, and multiple jobs under pressure
• OSHA 30 certification and a strong safety-first mindset
• Leadership presence, accountability, and pride in delivering quality work
