• Lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and colleagues on evolving case issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to manage deadlines and deliverables.
• Track changes in state and federal trust & estate law and incorporate into strategy.

• 20+ years of litigation experience focused on trusts & estates defense.
• Demonstrated success in complex fiduciary and probate disputes with trial experience.
• Exceptional legal writing, analysis, and courtroom advocacy.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple high-level cases and deadlines.
• Leadership mindset with capacity to mentor junior attorneys.
• Colorado Bar required; JD from an accredited law school (federal admission preferred).
