JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

$80,000+ annually based on experience

• Proven experience leading PMS upgrades and hospitality system integrations
• Prior casino or hospitality IT experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and communicate with operational leaders

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five (5) plus years of IT experience, including leadership responsibility
• Two (2) years of managerial experience

• Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English

• Makes recommendations that may basically evolve on:
• Determine how systems are implemented to ensure reliability, security, and operational alignment
• Establish timing and sequencing of upgrades to minimize business impact
• Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure the right team members execute the work effectively

• Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License
• Must have a Colorado driver license with a good driving record and be at least twenty‑one years of age
