JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
$80,000+ annually based on experience

QualificationRequirements
- Proven experience leading PMS upgrades and hospitality system integrations
- Prior casino or hospitality IT experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and communicate with operational leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five (5) plus years of IT experience, including leadership responsibility
- Two (2) years of managerial experience
- Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English
- Makes recommendations that may basically evolve on:
- Determine how systems are implemented to ensure reliability, security, and operational alignment
- Establish timing and sequencing of upgrades to minimize business impact
- Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure the right team members execute the work effectively
- Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License
- Must have a Colorado driver license with a good driving record and be at least twenty‑one years of age
