Helpdesk Technician (contract-to-hire)

LOCATION: Lakewood, CO (Onsite, Monday – Friday)

The Helpdesk Technician will provide onsite technical support in a retail-focused environment. This role supports both corporate users and multiple retail locations, ensuring systems, devices, and applications function effectively. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a consistent, dependable work ethic. This is an onsite role requiring full-time, Monday–Friday availability.

• Provide first-level technical support to approximately 100 end users across corporate and retail locations
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and access-related issues
• Support Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 environments
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure
• Assist with basic networking, backup systems, and endpoint troubleshooting
• Support POS systems across retail locations
• Provide basic support for SQL databases as needed
• Deliver remote support to multi-location retail sites while maintaining strong communication with managers and corporate users

• 1–2 years of helpdesk or IT support experience
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace, Exchange, and Office 365
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure
• Basic networking and backup support experience
• Exposure to POS systems and SQL database support is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
