Description: Our client is currently seeking a Identity and Access Management Administrator

Job Summary
The Identity and Access Management Administrator is a full-time, permanent role within the Information Security team. This position has global responsibilities, no supervisory duties, standard work hours, and requires minimal travel. The IAM Administrator reports to the IAM Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining enterprise identity and access controls through policies, architecture, auditing, and system oversight. The role includes monitoring and evaluating access procedures, supporting application access changes, assisting IT teams, supporting compliance audits, and ensuring adherence to federal regulations and best practices.

This position works with both on-premise and cloud-based environments and promotes the principle of least privilege.

Essential Duties

• Follow identity and access management policies and procedures across multiple applications.
• Perform advanced provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise applications.
• Audit user access for both on-premise and cloud systems.
• Help develop, maintain, and execute an enterprise IAM strategy.
• Administer and maintain authentication protocols and related technologies in production.
• Ensure identity and access controls align with current industry standards.
• Administer IAM technologies including Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Privilege Manager.
• Maintain documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Support internal audits related to identity and access management.
• Create and maintain account management processes.
• Provide end-user support and training related to access management and security best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience, including:

• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to information security, privacy, and data security.
• Experience with least privilege and zero trust network access preferred.
• Familiarity with NIST, CSF, and ISO frameworks preferred.
• Experience supporting IT systems in a security-focused role.
• Experience with SOX, J-SOX, or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of IT governance processes such as project management, ITIL, and SDLC.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networking, and application technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Hands-on experience working with Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Privilege Manager.
• Proven experience in identity and access management and administration of IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols, access control, and IAM standards including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Azure AD and Delinea.
• Experience with provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certificates and Licenses
Security+, CC, or similar certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements

Compensation
Target pay range: $72,000 to $102,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
Target bonus: 7 percent of base salary.
