Compensation: $55-$70/hr, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Gather requirements for business processes
- Optimize and improve Jira Software/Jira ITSM/Confluence
- Provide application support for Jira and Confluence
- Evaluate Jira and Confluence plug-ins
- Define Jira workflows for complex projects
- Implement and configure Jira plugins
- Generate documentation on workflows and processes
- Create Jira projects, queries, and reports
- Train end users on Jira features
- 5-7 years of experience supporting Jira
- Understanding of Jira APIs and webhooks
- Experience with cloud technologies and web development
- Knowledge of ITIL support framework
- Ability to create logic flow charts and process diagrams
