What You’ll Do- Provide technical support for business solutions and systems development.
- Drive effective use of technology within the enterprise architecture.
- Lead technical aspects of tools, methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Research and implement technical improvements; proactively communicate solutions to leadership and business partners.
- Mentor and guide other developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Analyze requirements to determine feasibility, costs, benefits, and ensure prudent use of resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Design, implement, and support new and existing processes, including Oracle ERP
, Java integrations, People Soft AE/SQR, and Linux batch scripts. - Modernize legacy applications using contemporary technologies, including migration from People Soft to Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Partner with ERP teams, system leads, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements aligned with best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement for a seamless, modernized user experience.
- Provide rotational off‑hours technical support for escalated issues.
- Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
- Manage incident resolution and service requests with proper prioritization.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
EducationBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience- 5+ years of development experience in People Soft and Linux.
- Hands‑on experience with system implementations, especially People Soft to Oracle Cloud ERP transformations.
- People Soft development (SQR, Application Engine, etc.) experience is required.
- Experience in Linux scripting combined with Autosys‑based automation is required.
- Oracle ERP integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is desired.
- Open systems development (Java) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
