• Under close supervision, maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas—lobbies, hallways, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators, public restrooms, and other community spaces—to present a positive and impressive environment for residents and guests.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner, offering assistance and directions as requested.

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.

Base pay range to be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities.
