Description Key Responsibilities Bartender Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hyatt House standards
- Engage guests with friendly, professional service in a clean and inviting bar environment
- Maintain stock levels, cleanliness, and proper organization of the bar
- Handle payments, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, , and safety procedures
- Assist with light food preparation and serve small plates as needed
- Warmly greet and check guests in and out of the hotel
- Provide excellent service by answering questions, resolving guest concerns, and fulfilling requests
- Manage room assignments, payments, and guest profiles using the property management system
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Handle phone calls, messages, and general guest inquiries
- Maintain a tidy and professional lobby/front desk environment
