As a Full‑Time DSP/Caregiver, you'll play an essential role in our community residential program. Each day offers meaningful opportunities to make a difference, whether by:

• Supporting daily living activities, including medication administration, hygiene assistance, and basic first aid
• Ensuring safety, including providing transportation to appointments and community activities
• Encouraging participation in work, recreation, and skill‑building activities
• Preparing meals, maintaining a comfortable home environment, and supporting behavioral needs
• Using crisis intervention skills when needed and fostering stability and trust
• Completing documentation accurately and collaborating with your team to uphold our agency values
