Host Home Provider – Lakewood, CO (Wheelchair Accessible)

Bee Line (Support Inc.) is looking for an experienced Host Home Provider to contract with our company. The role is based in Lakewood, CO, requires a wheelchair‑accessible home, and involves providing in‑home care to an adult with developmental disabilities.

Job type:
Contract
Salary: $18,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year (depending on the client's level of need)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, and training on life skills.
  • Assist with transfers, toileting, bathing, and medication administration.
  • Engage the client in recreational activities and family life.
  • Accompany the client to shopping, museums, parks, dances, recreation centers, and medical appointments.
  • Provide transportation as needed.
  • Document progress notes and medical records.
  • Coordinate with the Support Team to find respite and aid assistance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a host home provider.
  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
  • Completed training in Medication Administration, CPR/First Aid, and ongoing training requirements.
  • Wheelchair‑accessible home required.
  • Experience with behavioral needs preferred.
  • Experience with medical needs preferred (e.g., CNAs, LPNs, RNs).
