LICENSED GROUP THERAPIST (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC) $30K-75K/YR

Position Requirement: Contract Positions Available

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Location: Boulder, CO

SALARY: $30K - $75K

Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health company today! Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate group therapists to join our team. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we've specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings. Our practice aims to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Our flexible and part-time options allow clinicians to diversify their work while maintaining steady income. The location overlooking the Flatirons in Boulder, CO, offers a scenic setting to achieve work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

The group psychotherapist will be part of the integrated care team, collaborating with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. OMH values clinical relationships and believes in a coordinated, team-based approach to provide high-quality care.

Schedule:

  • Daytime and evening group sessions, typically Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Weekend or later evening sessions may be available
  • Focus on providing group therapy with no on-call responsibilities

Our clinicians focus on patient care while our support team manages billing, collections, and communications. After sessions, clinicians are free to leave without additional on-call duties.

Leadership & Advancement:

OMH is growing and clinician-led. Opportunities for advancement include senior psychotherapist and site supervisor roles. Our site supervisors are geographically dispersed to support staff across locations.

Education & Licensure:

Must have completed an accredited program and hold licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently.
