The Role
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Christ‑centered therapist who is highly trained and specializes in trauma therapy. This role is for in‑person sessions at our beautiful office in Lakewood, CO. At Cornerstone, a part‑time caseload can take three‑six months to build.

- Active CO license: LPC or LMFT (pre‑licensed clinicians will not be considered)
- At least one advanced certification (BSP, EMDR, EFT, Gottman, IFS, etc.)
- A strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith‑based approaches in therapy
- Experience and passion for working with couples and/or individuals with trauma
- Alignment with Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith
- Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9‑11am MT)
- Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
- A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with a willingness to increase hours as your caseload fills
- Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications
- Build long‑term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
