Position: Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Mechanical Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about designing sustainable, efficient building systems - and you want a role where your expertise truly makes an impact - we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Design HVAC and mechanical systems for a wide range of commercial, educational, healthcare, and mixed‑use projects.
  • Perform load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layout, and energy modeling.
  • Produce high-quality construction documents using Revit and relevant design tools.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver creative, efficient solutions.
  • Support field verification, site visits, and construction administration activities.
  • Contribute to sustainable design strategies aligned with Colorado energy codes and client goals.
  • Grow into project leadership roles with mentorship from senior engineers.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
  • 3-8 years of HVAC/mechanical design experience in consulting or building systems engineering.
  • Familiarity with building codes, ASHRAE standards, and mechanical systems best practices.
  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, load calculation software, and energy modeling tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills - you enjoy problem‑solving collaboratively.
  • EIT or PE license is a plus (or a path toward licensure).
