• Greeting and assisting guests.
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones.
• Checking guests in and out and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions.
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area.
• Managing membership, spa boutique, and product sales.
• Providing education to guests regarding our Spavia story, boutique products, and treatments for optimal results.
• Responding to all guest inquiries in a timely and accurate manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Working proactively as a team player to support the spa’s needs.
• Maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of spa coordinator responsibilities.

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, punctual, passionate, and goal‑driven.
• Professional, team player.
• Drug/alcohol free.
• Articulate speaker with the ability to multitask.
• Combined education and previous customer service, administrative, or retail experience strongly desired.

Job Type: Part‑time position available. Flexibility is a plus.
