Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated rate for this position is $22.00 per hour (location and experience). Eligible for a monthly bonus. Working hours are 6 am‑10 pm.

The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills in person, e‑mail, and telephone.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move throughout the shift.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required.
