Retail Stocking Supervisor – Harbor Freight Tools
Join a high‑performing team as a full‑time supervisor responsible for retail stocking and customer service. This role is ideal for leaders with recent leadership experience who are passionate about a career in retail.
Compensation & Benefits: The anticipated rate for this position is $22.00 per hour (location and experience). Eligible for a monthly bonus. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) with company match, paid time off up to 152 hours per year, paid sick leave up to 64 hours per year, and more. Working hours are 6 am‑10 pm.
The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills in person, e‑mail, and telephone.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move throughout the shift.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.
- Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy required.
