Customer Service Representative

Pro Health Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

Job Type: Part-time, direct hire

Pay: $21-23 per hour

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8 hours shift

• Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Responds to patient inquiries, messages, and requests promptly, ensuring accurate information and excellent customer service.
• Schedules, confirms, and reschedules patient appointments to optimize provider time and office efficiency.
• Verifies patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to scheduled appointments.
• Communicates important information and messages to medical and administrative staff in a timely manner.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations at all times.

• 1 year experience in customer service in office setting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Ability of work independently/collaboratively
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service skills
