Lakewood Dental Arts is a well‑established, multi‑specialty dental practice serving the Lakewood community for over 40 years. We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our oral surgery department by coordinating patient care, treatment plans, scheduling, and financial arrangements while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

• Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Coordinate and schedule oral surgery procedures
• Review insurance benefits, pre‑authorizations, and estimates
• Submit, track, and follow up on electronic insurance billing and claims
• Collect payments and arrange financial options
• Communicate closely with doctors, assistants, and front office staff
• Ensure smooth patient flow from consultation through post‑op follow‑up
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records in a chartless environment

• Prior dental treatment coordinator experience required
• Oral surgery or specialty office experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with electronic billing and dental claims systems
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and financial coordination
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑provider practice
• Experience with Open Dental a plus
