Job Overview
NPCollege is seeking a professional, dynamic, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Campus Director. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and logistics of the departments, teams, and projects overseen by the Regional Campus Director. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, creativity, strong interpersonal and technical skills, passion for learning, and the ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering outstanding service and support, and wants to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the Regional Campus Director’s calendar, correspondence, and scheduling meetings
- Draft, review, and send professional communications on behalf of the Regional Campus Director
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
- Answer and respond to phone calls; relay messages and information as needed
- Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails when appropriate
Research and prepare documentation as requested by the Regional Campus Director. - Research and assist the Director in developing and implementing campus policies, growth initiatives, and educational technology advancements in alignment with state and federal regulations
- Assist with campus events and operational logistics to support a positive student and staff experience
- Assist with annual reports, audits, and state and federal compliance reviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare reimbursement documentation
- Maintain organized records and confidential documentation in compliance with institutional policies.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors on policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
- Proficient on Adobe products, Canva, Google Docs, Learning Management Systems like Blackboard, Canvas;
Panda Doc, Docu Sign, video editing software, Linked In accounts, using AI tools, and Campus Management software is a plus. - Experience with Blackboard, Storyteller – Rise 360 is a plus
- Minimum Associate’s degree preferred
- Able to travel interstate
- On‑campus, in‑person position
- Professional office and educational setting
