This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in the Austin-Lakeway area. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing maintenance and repair tasks, conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service, and adhering to all EPA standards. The role requires hands-on work across various settings, prompt client response, and effective delivery of solutions to HVAC-related concerns.

• Experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems and diagnosing issues accurately
• Proficiency in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to provide clear communication with clients
• Certification or knowledge of EPA standards and compliance
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
• Relevant technical certifications and/or vocational training in HVAC systems
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently on client sites
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in HVAC service and repair
• Desire to work, continue learning, and collaborate within a small team is a must!
