As our Front Desk & Experience Specialist, you are the first and last impression of our brand. You create genuine connections, guide new clients into the right services, and help turn curious walk-ins into long-term members. This role blends hospitality, sales, and wellness advocacy.

Manage check-ins, scheduling, and basic admin tasks
Educate clients on memberships, classes, personal training, recovery services, and retail
Confidently sell memberships, packages, and add-on services
Build rapport with new and existing members to foster community
Support social media or in-studio promotions (content ideas, events, campaigns)
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they become problems
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and on-brand front desk environment
Communicate client feedback and insights to the team
Members feel known, welcomed, and excited to be here
Walk-ins convert to trials or memberships
Clients trust you as a knowledgeable wellness resource
The front desk runs smoothly and feels elevated, not transactional
You actively contribute ideas to improve retention, sales, and experience
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail
Sales or customer experience background
Personal interest in fitness, recovery, nutrition, or holistic health
Social media comfort (IG stories, reels, client engagement)
