Must have basic knowledge of the job of a Cath lab nurse as in preparing patients for catheterization, angioplasty and pacemaker implantations.
Must keep patient calm and relaxed during procedure where they're required to be awake.
As a senior Cath lab nurse, must administer appropriate medicine when needed.
Must be able perform proper after procedure care.
Must check vital signs of the patient with proper care.
Provide education about medications and care to the patients and families before the discharge.
QUALIFICATIONS- EDUCATION - Graduate of an Accredited Program
- MAJOR - Nursing
- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
-Registered Nurse (RN) - Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
