Seasonal Fleet Maintenance II

We re looking for a hands-on Seasonal Fleet Maintenance II to join our team! This position is available April through October, working up to 40 hours per week.

In this role, you ll ensure our shop and tools are neat and efficient, perform minor repairs on equipment, support the team by making parts runs, and keep our vehicles, machinery and shop clean. You ll also become familiar with servicing and operating a variety of tools and equipment, and be willing to tackle any additional tasks that come our way.

• Maintenance:
  Perform minor repairs and routine servicing on small equipment and vehicles.
• Operations:
  Handle parts runs, organize tools, and keep the shop and fleet clean.
• Equipment:
  Safely operate and maintain a variety of motorized tools and machinery.
• Support:
  Tackle various manual labor tasks and special projects as assigned.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (April through October)
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

First review of applicants will begin on February 9, 2026.

• Fleet position is available for general maintenance including shop and tool organization, small equipment maintenance, parts pick up and vehicle and equipment cleaning.
• Equipment operation – service, maintain and operate a variety of tools and equipment.
• All positions will be expected to perform other various duties as assigned.

• Some knowledge of the tools, methods and materials used in general maintenance.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
• Ability to operate a variety of motorized vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
• Physical strength sufficient to do strenuous laboring tasks under varying weather conditions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess valid Minnesota driver s license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to operate or ability to be trained to operate various equipment as mentioned above.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Seasonal Fleet Maintenance II work hours are typically 7:00 a.m.
