Lead Finish Carpenter (Metro Work)

25-35/hr

Hiring for a construction company that specializes in installing windows and doors in a residential environment. They are seeking a Finish Carpenter who can lead projects independently.

• Install windows and doors.
• Stick frame walls.
• Install custom millwork, cabinets, base, and casing.
• Read blueprints and cut/meter.

• 3–5 years as a finish carpenter.
• Minimum 2 years installing windows & doors.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Company vehicle for Foreman.
• Health, dental, vision, and 401K.
• Smaller company, good team with great tenure.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
