Our entire team aids in walking our guests through the process with an unmatched focus on professionalism, integrity, and transparency.

qualifications
  • positive attitude and enthusiastic consultant with "team player" mentality
  • demonstrate a strong comprehension of simple amortization math and business processes
  • high energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed
  • strong phone and email communication skills
  • must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities
  • proficient in outlook and crm software (preferred, but not a must)
  • proven work ethic with an emphasis on integrity and transparency
  • ability to focus on a customer's needs, first. To enhance store volume and over all personal success
  • must be able to work weekends
responsibilities
  • meet and greet guests with our guests in a timely and professional manner
  • aid in walking our guests through available vehicle solutions to meet their needs
  • demonstrate capability of a selected vehicle in a fun/professional way to enhance our guest's experience
  • aid in processing guest's preliminary paperwork in an efficient and correct fashion
  • assist in helping colleagues and management team with any issues with inventory on the lot
  • apply our time tested process in a way that keeps our guests engaged and maximizes efficiency
