The company is committed to delivering high‑quality components through a robust quality system that includes SPC, FAI, PPAP, FMEA, and gauge R&R processes, serving industries such as medical, aerospace, semiconductor, and industrial OEM markets.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Lakeville, MN, for a Quality Assurance Inspector. The responsibilities include performing detailed inspections of components, materials, and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. The role requires analyzing data, documenting findings, conducting audits, and collaborating with the quality and production teams to ensure continuous improvement of products and processes. The Quality Assurance Inspector will also assist in maintaining and improving quality system processes in line with industry regulations and company standards.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Quality Control and Inspection, including the ability to assess components for compliance with specifications and standards
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management processes, including identifying and resolving quality‑related issues
- Experience in Quality Auditing to evaluate adherence to regulatory and internal quality system requirements
- Familiarity with tools and methods such as SPC, FAI, PPAP, and gauge R&R is highly beneficial
- Detail‑oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Experience in the medical, aerospace, semiconductor, or related industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in quality systems or inspection techniques preferred
